Natalie began her property career in 2003, working for Savills (L&P) whilst undertaking a Geography degree at Royal Holloway, University of London. She then undertook a masters degree at the Royal Agricultural College focusing on valuation, landlord and tenant law, business management, tax planning and estate management.
In September 2010 Natalie arrived in Australia and spent time at Riverlands Polo Club in Sydney before joining Herron Todd White (Australia) in November 2010 as Research Analyst assisting on the valuation of shopping centres in Queensland for the State Valuation Service. On completion of this project she transferred to the Melbourne office taking on the position of CBD Valuer. Whilst the majority of her time was dedicated to valuations, she continued to act as Research Analyst for the Melbourne office and National Research Co-ordinator for Herron Todd White (Australia) on national research and pilot projects.
In January 2013, Natalie took the position of National Manager, Commercial, overseeing the development of new commercial calculations models, reporting templates, commercial valuation platforms / IT systems and overall process improvements. She also provides training to all commercial valuers across Australia, acting as the main point of contact within the company and reporting back to the Chief Executive Officer on key commercial projects.
She has been the Oceania (Australia, New Zealand and Pacific Islands) elected representative on the RICS world Governing Council for a four-year term commencing in June 2015.
Natalie is a Chartered Surveyor and Registered Valuer and has experience in the following areas:
