Rebecca is a Senior Partner at Rider Levett Bucknall based in London.
She is responsible for the key account management of professional services for a £30 billion Client, Deputy-Head of RLB Europe, jointly leading the RLB data centre sector and a Chartered Quantity Surveyor and Fellow of RICS. She is extremely passionate about giving back and developing others; as well as the future of the profession that she is so proud to be a part of.
Rebecca has a plethora of experience working with Clients to provide strategic, independent advice to add value to their property portfolio’s. She demonstrates leadership and uses her experiences to coach and mentor others.
Having worked in a variety of sectors, and following extensive experience within the commercial sector, Rebecca’s key focus is the data centre sector and mission critical. She is passionate about digital technology.
A Chartered Quantity Surveyor and Fellow of RICS, she has been elected to and successfully contributed to several RICS Boards including Global Governing Council, UK and Ireland World Regional Board and the North West Regional Board. She has also been the Chair of the RICS Matrics UK Board, Greater Manchester Quantity Surveying Professional Group and Greater Manchester Matrics.
Rebecca is extremely passionate about diversity and inclusion in the construction industry. She wold like to see a truly inclusive culture throughout the industry that she loves.
Rebecca continues to promote flexible working to those she works with and encourages everyone to bring themselves to work. As a member of the RLB EDI team, Rebecca champions diversity and is authentic in her approach.
Having been an RICS APC Assessor, Supervisor and Counsellor as well as spending many years presenting within schools, colleges and universities to encourage careers within construction, she has been influential as a role model.
